Please implement the feature for OpenVPN users to be able to select the encryption cipher the is required.
For example AES-128-CBC.
This provides more flexibility to the users.613 votes

Wouldn't it be more realistic to acknowledge that the current internet is a continuation of ARPAnet (a US military project, which says enough)?1 vote
An option to autoconnect immediately upon device startup would be great. I might forget to connect to the service after a restart and this would be a nice convenience. Thanks!1 vote
I suggest to create a feature to enable pureVPN to auto-launch the selected applications under split-tunneling, after connected to VPN.
It could be a small check-box at each application where you check it, if you want that application to auto-lauch after
That would be great, instead of I have to launch the application manual after every reboot.3 votes
I have Google Triangle mobile data saving app on my Galaxy S5 which uses a VPN, it was conflicting with PureVPN in that PureVPN disconnects after 2 seconds.
I have had to "forget" the triangle VPN in the phone settings to allow Pure VPN to connect.1 vote
We welcome your query.
You are requested to please follow these steps to configure VPN manually on your android and share your feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org if you still facing disconnection when your Triangle VPN is Switch On.
IPv6 is very common nowadays. More and more ISPs are using IPv6 as well. It would be great if IPv6 is supported for OpenVPN.118 votes

At the moment the split tunneling is only differentiating between different application. But if the application uses intranet and internet ressources, the intranet ressources does not work anymore, because every traffic of the application gets tunneled. This can be solved by adding for example DNS Domains and IP Ranges as option for the split tunneling. So if a specific Domain or IP range is accessed, only these will use the VPN service.4 votes
Thank you for sharing your idea. We have forwarded to the respective department and hopefully our team will start working on it.
Please add OpenVPN Config Generator on PureVPN's website to generate ovpn config.
With this we can always generate the most up to date ovpn config files instead of looking for download links for the latest config files.
This will be very convenient for PureVPN customers.
Attached are 2 examples of other VPN providers providing the config generators.105 votes

It would be great if one renewed his membership to a lifetime one, user doesn't need to register another email but use the existing one.
As describe above.1 vote
I have one suggestion; add the ability to put local proxy server settings into the purevpn software, so that someone who uses a network which requires local proxy server settings to use the network will not have issues with that.1 vote
We welcome your query.
It is to inform you that we have our new VPN feature which allow you to use our VPN service on chrome and Firefox.
Many vpn-customers want safe and anonymous access to services and websites located in their home country who often are restricted to domestic users only.
The way to solve this is to connect to the Purevpn openvpn-server in your home country via a Purevpn owned proxy located in a legally sovereign country like Russia or New Zealand.
So please install a proxy service to each of the servers that you own anyway and configure your openvpn-servers so they will allow tcp connections via those proxies.9 votes
In your Windows App, it be useful if you have a option for "set my DNS"
Got the idea off another VPN Provider
They got it built into their Applications
either use PureVPN's DNS or set your own eg: google's all within the app
That i would find extremely useful
Please consider that in your next update1 vote
We welcome your query. It is to inform you we have our own DNS on each of our server and when you connect with VPN you will get these DNS by default that is why there is no option DNS on app but if you want to change DNS you can chnage it.
For changing DNS:
I pay for your service. I don't like having to see an ad every time I log in. That is usually the practice for free software or services.
1. I would be happy to pay a little more for a service level that has no ads.
2. I would like to start PureVPN and not get ANY window popping up, whether it contains ads or not. It is one extra nuisance every time I log in, and once ads are removed, that step seems unnecessary to me.
We welcome your query.
It is to inform you that we have forward your concerns to our team and will make sure to fix this in our upcoming app.
An implementation of the app that works through a proxy server (connection to VPN and also the login ) would be greatly appreciated and for sure make PureVPN available to a lot more potential customers. I understand that this is not possible for all VPN types but OpenVPN and SSTP (a bit trickier) are possible.3 votes
