Partner with a company like ZoneAlarm
I would like to see you partner with a company like ZoneAlarm, so that your great product can merge with theirs across multiple platforms. In this day and age of data breaches, big brother, people need the ability to have some sense of protection and security.

Please add support for LibreElect
Please add support for LibreElect or go back to support in OpenVPN. It really was annoying when you ( purevpn) went to your own client only supported under OpenElect.

The connection indicator
On the connection page showing the county that I’m connected too, the connection indicator shows in RED if I’m connected. This is backwards it should be green’. Simple solution, make it read “connected” or “disconnected “ or “UP” or “down”. Not red or green. In the USA red means off Green means on.

Option to see or test the speed of the server speed
It would be nice to know what countries have the fastest servers. Speed and reliability is what we look for. When I see the connection page, give me the option to see or test the speed of the server speed I’m connected too.
We need to know what country we should be using based on our location. Send it to us monthly in a email.
Example - If I’m in England where and what countries presently have the fastest servers today.3 votes -
Added security in Login Credential Menu
You must add security in the password credentials menu. Where do I want if I change my password. purevpn provides authentication to the email confirming that someone is about to change the password. after I click the authentication button on the email. I just can change the credential password.

Discontinuation of L2TP protocol
I was informed in a previous email that PureVPN is going to discontinue L2TP protocol. I understand that this is a step to improve you product, however this will create a big problem for me. Currently I use this protocol on my secondary router (not the one from my ISP), on it’s WAN interface, associated with my dedicated IP provided by you. This way, I can connect my Android TV system via WiFi to this router and using the dedicated IP address to bypass my ISP trying to block some IPTV apps I’m using. At the time I subscribed to…

Add auto-connect feature for users with dedicated ip add-ons
You may add an auto-connect feature for users with dedicated ip add-ons. I’m hoping when I start Windows, purevpn auto starts, auto login including auto login to dedicated IP feature.

The number one thing that a VPN service needs to have are security, and reliability.
The number one thing that a VPN service (or any web based service) needs to have are security, and reliability.
If PureVPN gets hacked and there are data leaks the platform fails at the one thing it is intended to do. (That's not intended to sound rude it's just the truth)
If the platform is unreliable and inconsistent people will stop paying for it.
So far PureVPN is both secure and reliable but that needs to be maintained in order for the users to stay and remain happy.
It is also vital that management is HONEST about limitations and drawbacks,…

Better Notifications on Linux
on Linux, purevpn daemon stops working after I switch to multiple countries. Some “best-practise” instructions in error message would be good.
