Mac: Remove the icon from the dock when it’s visible in the menu bar already!
Mac:
Remove the icon from the dock when it’s visible in the menu bar already! Most of the time when auto-reconnect I not able to get any data through - I then have to turn off and back on to make it work. You only do that a few times before turning off is the better option - fix it!
I’m on MacBook Pro M1 - Big Sur.
6 votesHello everyone,
Happy to report that we have shipped the option to remove icon from the dock.
You can do that by simply going to Preferences > General and enabling the ‘Hide icon from Dock’ option.
We’re also working on making ‘auto-connect’ more user friendly. Will keep you updated about it.
Thanks for the feedback!

iOS: Option of automatically turn on VPN if I’m using data on a WiFi
iOS:
Would be so nice to have an option of automatically turn on VPN if I’m using data on a WiFi not defined as a trusted network. Also if possible to just turn on vpn if visiting untrusted websites - as in, you define a list of websites and if you visit them VPN is turned on.

zombie clients, Windows client
2- The features you should improve upon are...
2a. zombie clients, when a client is connected but not working, need
to detect this and move to another server/destination2b. Windows client: have seen divergent UIs, need to go with one, need
byte counter/graph, cumulative statistics2c. When i open tickets they kept getting closed. And also didn't show
up in the user interface2d.
Fix the spelling errors in the help screen for the linux client:
" -f --feedback Submit your feebback to PureVPN"feebback is a spelling error in the -h call to linux client

Channel bonding (like Speedify)
Another great feature would be the ability to bond different connections together (e.g. ethernet, Wifi, Cellular) to send the ip packets through these channels concurrently. This:
a. increase bandwidth,
b. reduce hiccups,
c. and enhance security as it would confuse statistical analysis of traffic.
Indeed, it is for these reasons, and it's fantastic application, that Speedify has become my VPN of choice. If all these three features get implemented, I believe you would end up with a very formidable service, way ahead of the crowded competition—as you would offer greater responsiveness, speed, and security.

Per packet dynamic server selection, depending on destination ip address
It would be fantastic if your VPN client could dynamically direct each packet to the server that is closest to its destination IP address. This would greatly:
a. increase speed (fewer hops),
b. better distribute traffic load on your servers (increasing overall responsiveness),
c. and increase security by making it harder to state actors to perform timing analysis.
PerfectPrivacy has it, and calls it NeuroRouting.2 votes -

Website Speed Checking
It can happen that those websites are experiencing slowdowns. It would help if you set up a service where a user can check if the website he is trying to connect to, is experiencing problems on its own as seen by users in the same country. It would be useful to be checked against a service in the hosting country aimed at verifying the speed we are going to.

Better Speed and More Servers
SPEEDS and more inputs for Cities! I suggest under larger cities like Chicago, LA, and New York (the 3 largest cities in the US) you have more connection nodes for each city.

Server Tagging
selection of specific servers where ex. filesharing/streaming etc. are optimized (not where the ping is best but where the speed is considered best) based on your specific need.

Advertisement honeypot
I have to use plugins like "AdBlock Plus", and "No Script" in my browser. A lot of websites detect it, and won't let me access content. There is a way that you can direct advertisements to one of your servers to make the website think that I'm seeing the ads, when actually they're being diverted to the other machine.

Tracking anonymity
Option to remove tracking information from packets. I don't want Google, or Facebook tracking me through a VPN. I don't know how they do it. I'm not an IT expert. I know the VPN obscures my IP address. What else can you do to ensure my anonymity?
