  2. New look for the member area

    I see Purevpn is developing a new feature or a new look for the member area. however I was not at all interested. I prefer the appearance of the current member area. I also don't agree if Purevpn adds the "Logged on device" feature to the member area page. this is because I share this VPN with some of my friends. and I don't want them to know the number of users of this credential. so please evaluate and revise this for the convenience of the privacy of the account owner.

    You must add security systems to the account credentials. Other vpn brands have secured their credentials by protecting the password so that not just anyone can change it. they provide a link that is emailed to the user for authentication. where it works is when someone changes the password in the member area. the system will confirm via email. After the email is received, the user presses the button to confirm the change of credential passwords. after that, the password can be changed.

    and the last is. please if Purevpn do promotions such as Blackfreeday, Christmas, New Year and others. the offer should only be sent via email. do not show offers via application notifications. this is very annoying to users. even if they turn off notifications. but often their cell phones activate notifications automatically. so please for the convenience of the user. if there is an offer or discount. it is better to send it by email only. it's much more effective. because 70% of purevpn users are not account owners. but are relatives, friends, family and relatives who don't care about…

    The app in Windows is good, there are many setting options. Only the app for Amazon Fire Stick is bad. There are almost no settings. For example there is no kill option. But that's very important to me.

    You should change IP address more often, when you surf via your server in Stockholm Sweden you often get problem. Web hotel with Imunify360 security solution will not let you in since you IP is known as bad.

    Want to change your IP? Just click on the ‘Change Server’ and get a new one from the same location. It’s easy as 1, 2, 3!

  19. zombie clients, Windows client

    2- The features you should improve upon are...

    2a. zombie clients, when a client is connected but not working, need
    to detect this and move to another server/destination

    2b. Windows client: have seen divergent UIs, need to go with one, need
    byte counter/graph, cumulative statistics

    2c. When i open tickets they kept getting closed. And also didn't show
    up in the user interface

    Fix the spelling errors in the help screen for the linux client:
    " -f --feedback Submit your feebback to PureVPN"

    feebback is a spelling error in the -h call to linux client
