For my work, I need the IP of Kazakhstan. Do you have the opportunity to connect this country or should I look towards another VPN service?

  5. IPV6 support on every server (or most with a logo both on apps and serverlist)1

I would like to see PureVPN somewhere I didn't see them yet, IPV6 it can be really useful to speed-up your internet having no nat problems etc, my ISP provides IPV6 bu if I put a server on my "FREEBOX" (which you have a tutorial for) my IPV6 will leak, so I'm forced to stop my IPV6 on computer the app simply blocks the IPV6 and doesn't give you a secure and encrypted one which can be really useful.
It also applies to the dedicated IP which is a lot cheaper in IPV6
So please even if it has to…

  6. Add option to connect PureVPN through proxy

Some organizations makes you connect to the internet only via a proxy server with user and password. In these cases PureVPN can't connect because it doesn't have the option to connect to their servers through proxy with authentication.

  7. Design a More Comprehensive User Interface

The current user interface is a bit clunky and could do with a make over. Could you do a UWP app version of PureVPN for Windows 10?

  9. OpenVPN Support for Other Encryption Cipher

Please implement the feature for OpenVPN users to be able to select the encryption cipher the is required.
    For example AES-128-CBC.
This provides more flexibility to the users.

  10. IPv6 Support for OpenVPN

IPv6 is very common nowadays. More and more ISPs are using IPv6 as well. It would be great if IPv6 is supported for OpenVPN.

  11. OpenVPN Config Generator

Please add OpenVPN Config Generator on PureVPN's website to generate ovpn config.
With this we can always generate the most up to date ovpn config files instead of looking for download links for the latest config files.
This will be very convenient for PureVPN customers.
Attached are 2 examples of other VPN providers providing the config generators.

  12. Update server list and use encryption key certificates

When I connect via openVPN I get the following warning:

"WARNING: No server certificate verification method has been enabled. See http://openvpn.net/howto.html#mitm for more info."

The following configuration is suggested by openVPN:
    ca ca.crt
    cert server.crt
key server.key # This file should be kept secret

In my config folder I can only find a ca.crt but no server.crt and also no server.key.

I have also tried your openvpn-2.1.1-install.exe but the message "WARNING: No server certificate verification method has been enabled. See http://openvpn.net/howto.html#mitm for more info." still came up so this does not resolve the issue.

Besides this I noticed that there…

  13. Configure OpenVPN to your server in Finland

Your server currently does not have OpenVPN support in it. Please enable it. All other Nordic countries already have it like Sweden, Denmark, Norway and even Iceland.

  14. PureVPN program addon for OSMC (KODI) in Raspberry Pi

Every platform has an app for choosing how to connect and where to connect but not the raspberry pi. If you want to use PureVPN on raspberry Pi, you must type all of every settings in the command line. It's very inconvenient and very hard to understand.

  15. Multiple suggestions:

    1. Add more VPN / tunnel protocols such as SSH and DNS tunneling, SSL can be nice too.

    2. Add special servers that enables us to use PureVPN as a mini private LAN between one`s logged in devices, for example, to securely access my desktop at home, while traveling with my Laptop, I understand you can use a dedicated IP for that, but it is not as secure as being encrypted end to end, also this is a simpler solution, this is a unique feature that your direct competitors do not have.

    3. Sell add-on VPS (Virtual Private Server) service. If you/ your…

  16. Switch to SHA2

SHA1 is no longer considered secure and has been replaced by SHA2, still it is being used by you. Even browsers are planing a complete ban of SHA1 for use with SSL, because it cannot guarantee a secure connection between client and service. VPN services are useless if they use outdated security technologies. Could you please make a switch soon?

  18. Provide Changelog in Website and Software

I'm a new user of Purevpn. Today I updated my software from 5.13.1 to 5.14 . Then I open the website to find the changelog page to know what was the updates and fixes. But I'm shocked, because there was not any changelog page! After contacting support, Bill told me these were the changes:

Our latest app has the following changes. Version 5.14.0 ( December 16th, 2015)

    -Internet kill switch tweaking-Tips

    -Restart as admin functionality

    -IPv6 Enabled after installation

-Security improvement with file sharing and privacy mode

    -Minor bug fixes

    -Ux/Ui improvements

Personally I have not seen any software without…

  19. Allow customers to change their VPN password

I think you should provide a tool on your website to allow a customer, once logged into the billing portal/client area, to change autonomously the username and password normally used to connect to your vpn servers. This changing should be made as soon as possibile because it would improve security.
