Provide Changelog in Website and Software

I'm a new user of Purevpn. Today I updated my software from 5.13.1 to 5.14 . Then I open the website to find the changelog page to know what was the updates and fixes. But I'm shocked, because there was not any changelog page! After contacting support, Bill told me these were the changes:

Our latest app has the following changes. Version 5.14.0 ( December 16th, 2015)

-Internet kill switch tweaking-Tips

-Restart as admin functionality

-IPv6 Enabled after installation

-Security improvement with file sharing and privacy mode

-Minor bug fixes

-Ux/Ui improvements

Personally I have not seen any software without changelog. These information are very vital for users. You have to make a "changelog" page and inform users about the changes. Something same as this:
