Discontinuation of L2TP protocol
I was informed in a previous email that PureVPN is going to discontinue L2TP protocol. I understand that this is a step to improve you product, however this will create a big problem for me. Currently I use this protocol on my secondary router (not the one from my ISP), on it’s WAN interface, associated with my dedicated IP provided by you. This way, I can connect my Android TV system via WiFi to this router and using the dedicated IP address to bypass my ISP trying to block some IPTV apps I’m using. At the time I subscribed to…

iOS: Option of automatically turn on VPN if I’m using data on a WiFi
iOS:
Would be so nice to have an option of automatically turn on VPN if I’m using data on a WiFi not defined as a trusted network. Also if possible to just turn on vpn if visiting untrusted websites - as in, you define a list of websites and if you visit them VPN is turned on.

Improve your Customer support.
improve your Customer support.
Don’t ignore trouble tickets.
Follow up and fix issues that are reported.
Fix your ticket reporting system. When reporting a problem, I tried to send a detailed error log, but your server replied “You Have Been Blocked”.My assessment of your Customer support gets you 1 out of 5 stars.
Over the last month, I’ve opened two tickets. They are still open. (1663897, 1665810).
I got back one reply that told me to read an on-line help article. Something that I had already read and followed, but didn’t work.
I sent detailed error logs. I don’t…4 votes -

Option to see or test the speed of the server speed
It would be nice to know what countries have the fastest servers. Speed and reliability is what we look for. When I see the connection page, give me the option to see or test the speed of the server speed I’m connected too.
We need to know what country we should be using based on our location. Send it to us monthly in a email.
Example - If I’m in England where and what countries presently have the fastest servers today.3 votes -
The number one thing that a VPN service needs to have are security, and reliability.
The number one thing that a VPN service (or any web based service) needs to have are security, and reliability.
If PureVPN gets hacked and there are data leaks the platform fails at the one thing it is intended to do. (That's not intended to sound rude it's just the truth)
