Fix your ticket reporting system. When reporting a problem, I tried to send a detailed error log, but your server replied “You Have Been Blocked”.

Over the last month, I’ve opened two tickets. They are still open. (1663897, 1665810).
I got back one reply that told me to read an on-line help article. Something that I had already read and followed, but didn’t work.
I sent detailed error logs. I don’t think any of your staff read them, much less analyzed the failure.
