Add a server in Hawaii where hi ranking corporate individuals are moving to now that we can work remotely. I have been working remotely since the 90's, but this year my wife has had new clients from tech companies such as Microsoft and others who have decided that 4 $10 million house in Hawaii is a better life than a $10 million house in silicon valley.
