  3. Split Tunneling enhancement

    I would like the split tunneling feature to be modified to allow the user to reverse the way it currently needs to be configured. As it is now when split tunneling is select all of the applications that the user wants to go through VPN must be identified. IMO, this is backwards. If one uses VPN to begin with and without split tunneling then by default all traffic goes through the VPN. However, when split tunneling is turned on then by default all traffic will not use VPN. The use of split tunneling should not change the default.

  5. Streamline the resetting of the Kill Switch to regain internet connection

    The Kill Switch works perfectly; however I would like to see the reconnection process simplified to make it less cumbersome.

    At the moment, once the connection is lost, you have to 1) close the warning window; 2) Go to Preferences; 3) uncheck the Activate Internet Kill Switch check box; 4) Recheck the checkbox; 5) close the "internet restored" message (or wait for it to close on its own); 6) go back to the Main Page; and finally, 7) click the Connect button.

    Most of these steps could be eliminated with a Kill Switch reset button, perhaps on the Main Page.…

  12. Multi connection between PureVPN Servers like Tor Network

    Like ProtonVPN, they have Core Servers. These servers are located in seriously privacy laws like Sweden, Switzerland … Core Servers are just the intermediate servers for clients to connect to their desire websites.
    Clients (IP 1) -> Core Servers (IP 2) -> Desired IP/websites of clients.
    Or Clients (IP 1) -> Core Servers (IP 2) -> Tor Networks -> Desired IP/websites of clients.

  13. Add support for strongSwan (IPsec/IKEv2)

    In order to have more options (protocols) to available when users are struggling with the Chinese Great FireWall, add support for strongSwan (https://www.strongswan.org/ & also more information on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StrongSwan). StrongSwan clients are available for an ample range of operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux, Android, FreeBSD). For Ubuntu users, the client present in their repositories. Also important, the software is open source and free to download! For PureVPN this would be an option to distinguish itself from other VPN providers.

  14. Delete option for unwanted invoices

    It would be nice to be able to delete unwanted invoices without having to contact support. Right now, if you order a service by accident, and you don't want to be billed for it, you have to contact support to have the invoice removed.

  15. Please publish .ovpn files for all openvpn/enabled servers.

    Many people need .ovpn files (and the .crt and .key files of course) to use openvpn in Linux. Your link (http://support.purevpn.com/customer/portal/articles/1722854) has .ovpn files for only a few servers which makes it impossible to use all possibilities with Linux.

    I also suggest to make all .ovpn files available from a very obvious download link.

  20. A proxy would be nice for those times when you are not concerned about encryption - just geo-blocking.

    Sometimes I just want to have a website operate through a proxy, without setting up a VPN tunnel that takes over my whole internet connection. I'm not concerned about security when surfing the BBC News website - I just want it to present me with the British content whilst I am abroad.
