Please, PLEASE allow us to turn off ALL bloody prompts, both 'you are connected' / 'disconnected, and primarily the 'new update' prompt.
Allow us to turn OFF the bloody prompts, especially the 'New Update' While I am watching a movie, the frigg'n thing pops up right OVER the bloody movie every 5 minutes! Come on guys... Really?

Add support for strongSwan (IPsec/IKEv2)
In order to have more options (protocols) to available when users are struggling with the Chinese Great FireWall, add support for strongSwan (https://www.strongswan.org/ & also more information on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StrongSwan). StrongSwan clients are available for an ample range of operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux, Android, FreeBSD). For Ubuntu users, the client present in their repositories. Also important, the software is open source and free to download! For PureVPN this would be an option to distinguish itself from other VPN providers.

Alert a user before suspending account because of excessive sessions
My account was suspended because unknowingly my devices were misbehaving.

Openvpn Ports
Would like to have multiple ports opened for use in openvpn option. Like port 443,995, 8080 on TCP and on UDP 1198, 8080, 4672, 5004,5353. With all these ports open, it would be impossible to block.

Limit internet access when VPN connection is lost
Would you please introduce a feature so that selected applications (say internet browsers or torrent trackers) of my choice could only have Internet access if VPN is active, so that when VPN connection is lost the privacy is not undermined.

Add preference to disable "Are you sure you want to quit?"
I know when I want to quit PureVPN and have never attempted to do so by accident. I'd like a preference to disable this warning, which is a timewaster for me and I imagine a lot of other people.

Make "redial if dropped" timeout configurable
Guys, 30 sec redial timeout? Re you for real? Are you using/testing your software features?
You are watching streaming video and you are going to wait 30 sec to continue? Especially if you are not on very reliable connection.

A folder or button able to contain maybe 5 favorite servers for a faster connection

A proxy would be nice for those times when you are not concerned about encryption - just geo-blocking.
Sometimes I just want to have a website operate through a proxy, without setting up a VPN tunnel that takes over my whole internet connection. I'm not concerned about security when surfing the BBC News website - I just want it to present me with the British content whilst I am abroad.

Please publish .ovpn files for all openvpn/enabled servers.
Many people need .ovpn files (and the .crt and .key files of course) to use openvpn in Linux. Your link (http://support.purevpn.com/customer/portal/articles/1722854) has .ovpn files for only a few servers which makes it impossible to use all possibilities with Linux.
I also suggest to make all .ovpn files available from a very obvious download link.
