please increase the client area password maximum limit. 12 characters is too short. Other sites allow me to have a pw with 16 characters

Er how is that a valid response? I said in my comment that 12 characters is too short so PLEASE INCREASE IT. I thought this ideas area was to suggest changes/improvements not get confirmation of current policy!
