  4. Your VPN ALWAYS disconnects without letting me know, and I’ll be unprotected. Create a centerscreen notification.

    At your instruction I have changed servers and locations and the problem persists. A huge warning box right in the center of the screen with a button to reconnect within the warning box. The tools to reconnect, Location, Quick Connect, and Channel should be in the box as well so there would be no need to open the app.

  5. IPV6 support for every server or at least an icon on both apps and server list

    I would like to see PureVPN somewhere I didn't see them yet, IPV6 it can be really useful to speed-up your internet having no nat problems etc, my ISP provides IPV6 bu if I put a server on my "FREEBOX" (which you have a tutorial for) my IPV6 will leak, so I'm forced to stop my IPV6 on computer the app simply blocks the IPV6 and doesn't give you a secure and encrypted one which can be really useful.
    It also applies to the dedicated IP which is a lot cheaper in IPV6
    So please even if it has to…

  6. Visible ISP IP address and PureVPN IP address plus - notification...

    Two suggestions for your Windows 10 64 bit app.

    Allow users to see their ISP address and their PureVPN address. This is missing from the app. Version 6.2.4.0 but you had it in previous versions of the app.

    And if the PureVPN connection is lost, we should have the option to hear an audio notification as well as a LARGE banner that remains until the user dismisses it.
    That way if we are not in front of the computer we will at least still hear the disconnection notification. Thanks

  7. Alert a user before suspending account because of excessive sessions

    My account was suspended because unknowingly my devices were misbehaving.
    This gives the user a chance to investigate and rectify

    The Menu Icon on the Mac should change when it is connected, so you can easily look at it and see if the VPN is active.

  10. Implement an application-level kill switch

    A feature beyond killing the internet connection: allow for setting up a list of apps to immediately switch off (e.g. bittorrent apps) when you disable the VPN connection. Similar to https://nordvpn.com/features/kill-switch-technique/

  11. Firestick app: default country and auto-log in features.

    Please, allow us to select a default country the firestick app logs into. Also, it would be nice if the app automatically established an IP connection with said country whenever the Firestick was in use.

  13. Please, PLEASE allow us to turn off ALL bloody prompts, both 'you are connected' / 'disconnected, and primarily the 'new update' prompt.

    Allow us to turn OFF the bloody prompts, especially the 'New Update' While I am watching a movie, the frigg'n thing pops up right OVER the bloody movie every 5 minutes! Come on guys... Really?

  14. Limit internet access when VPN connection is lost

    Would you please introduce a feature so that selected applications (say internet browsers or torrent trackers) of my choice could only have Internet access if VPN is active, so that when VPN connection is lost the privacy is not undermined.

  15. Add preference to disable "Are you sure you want to quit?"

    I know when I want to quit PureVPN and have never attempted to do so by accident. I'd like a preference to disable this warning, which is a timewaster for me and I imagine a lot of other people.

    We do not have any plans to add Persian at the moment. But, we could make an exception if you could gather 20 Persian PureVPN users and ask them to vote for the same post.
