Change app prompts
I had trouble logging into the app. It asked for my email but kept giving me the error message 'Incorrect Email or Password.'
PureVPN support said that I should use my active username instead of my email.
MY SUGGESTION IS Change app prompt to 'Enter active username OR email'.
If one doesn't work I think the average user would try the other and not have to contact PureVPN support.1 vote -

Android TV I do live in USA I don't need any USA or Eroupe servers all I use is Middle East servers so I have to install Apk for outdated version 2.02 March 2019 so I pay money to install an Apk like I am stealing this is so frustrating please update Android TV app if u don't want to add all servers add a searching server location feature and favorite a server location

Support LPTP on Routers
Currently only PPTP supported on Routers. My Huawei F2000 only has LPTP so can't be configured to use PureVPN. Please add support for LPTP on routers

remove auto login that leads to the member area when pure vpn is doing a big promo
when pure vpn is promoting, pure vpn provides an autologin link that leads to the member area
this is very disturbing because the privacy of the account owner is known to other userssome of them do not use this account alone. some are shared with their friends. Therefore, if Pure VPN offers big deals, notifications should only be sent via email so that privacy is unknown to other users

Limit download speed.
I would like to be able to limit the download speed of my connection. Service providers try to achieve highest bandwidth possible but watching videos means that this can be expensive if the provider charges by the gigabyte. I would like to be able to limit the download speed to 1 to 2 megabytes per second

Include link to invoices in Account & Billing area.
No easy way to find invoices at the moment. Also once you finally get to the invoices page, if you click on an invoice number, it's a bad link.

Allows cancel the connection while connecting.
PureVPN for Windows cannot cancel the connection while connecting. Please fix this problem.

Create an option for "redial automatcially if connection drops" to be persistent
Right now it appears that the application tries once to redial if the link fails. An option that repeats the connection attempt indefinitely would be very helpful.

The android client tries to route local traffic through the vpn. That result in that comunication on the local network is not possible.
Add option to allow local network comunication while connected to the vpn. People like me needs to use third party software to achive this.
