I had trouble logging into the app. It asked for my email but kept giving me the error message 'Incorrect Email or Password.'

PureVPN support said that I should use my active username instead of my email.
MY SUGGESTION IS Change app prompt to 'Enter active username OR email'.
If one doesn't work I think the average user would try the other and not have to contact PureVPN support.
