Thank you for choosing PureVPN for your desired VPN needs,
It is to inform you that we do have an option to switch between the TCP & UDP protocols as they both are the OpenVPN protocols.

Whilst I appreciate the need for it and its usefulness can you also appreciate the fact that those customers who do not require a full time connection and only use it occasionally find the constant popups very distracting.
