Good morning. I have been using your service and at times I've had problems arise and have sought PureVPN's assistance. I still need that assistance but I've been quite reluctant to seek it since I feel that I'm annoying some of the same people that's there to assist me and get me up and running without my complete reliance on the "Help"! Now this isn't really doing me any good because I'm not getting this (PureVPN) service for "Free" - I'm paying for it! I'm very tech savy however I do realize that I can still learn & that's where I need the assistance (to learn the program that I'm paying for) so that I won't keep contacting PureVPN for their help! Some of the suggestions that I received to get certain things running is just not working & that's where I get the frustration from the person assisting me because their reccomendation isn't working! I have mentioned PureVPN to quite a few people & feel that with the correct assistance to solve my situations - then I can happily reccomend it to others. Thank you.
