    Pure VPN seem to be mostly back on track for me as a UK customer. I can get UK TV away from home. There are still occasions when my true address is not hidden from all, but this has improved.

    You PureVPN was fast and funtioned very well. Your downside was I was getting bombarded with Ads from all over and never had before I start using PureVPN. It was a terrible experience. When I uninstalled PureVPN, after about a month the Ads stopped. That is why I will not use your service. I now recommend NordVPN to most people.

    When I try to watch programs in UK's Channel 4, local programs work okay, but if it is imported material like "A Handmain's Tale" I am told that my area is not supported. I have tried various methods of connection to different servers in UK but get the same results. As watching UK TV is my main reason for subscribing to PureVPN this could become a problem.

    Purevpn keeps locking up on me. I am using Windows 7 with MSE and Panda running. Could it be a problem with those programs?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    As a user residing in Mainland China, I must realize it's becoming nearly impossible to get online support, as the TGFW is getting increasingly efficient at blocking access to you on the web, and apparently it's not possible to log in to one's account while using Purevpn, because of your security settings.

    Let me list below a few of my current concerns:

    1) When logging in, one has to go through the archaic and frustrating capcha system, which happens to be deactivated when using the web in China. Surely, something more efficient can replace this process?

    2) It's not possible to access purevpn when using the vpn, surely this defies logic, but I assume you're working on a practical solution? May I suggest the chat function becomes accessible directly via the app?

    3) Updating is always a chore, as this also requires the app to be disconnected, another issue which doesn't make much sense, at least not if you're a China Mainland user, such as myself. I would kindly suggest making the update package available as an exe or apk file which can then be promulgated via different cyberlockers, making it much harder for the authrorities to block here. Would this be possible? The current method, where everything goes through Google, is extremely inefficient for China Mainland users.

    4) There has been some news regarding increased crackdown on VPN services in China, beginning early 2018. I assume purevpn is already making plans to enable workarounds when this becomes reality?

    Other than that, Purevpn does seem to work, at least to some extent here in China, but it's definitely not becoming easier to connect to oversea networks these days.

    I can't use vpn to connect google and other website you know ,but the client shows that I connected successfully, It worked when i was at school but failed when I am home.
