I have had the worst experience today with my PureVPN account, as it couldn't hold a connection and kept disconnecting. With what I do it's imperative I have a solid unbroken connection, and whilst you might expect the occasional glitch, to have the connection drop out every few minutes is not something I can deal with.
My account is coming up for renewal in a few months, and I'd like to ask what's been happening? - as I'll be reluctant to renew my service if I cannot rely on it to function reliably.
