    I contacted you because your system wasnt working so I cant use it. Have the decency to reply and not keep me waiting

    Your service nolonger works for me. Why?

    I am unable to use your service, despite paying for 2 years in advance. I have tried and tried to get help from you but only get daft suggestions like " enter name and password manualy" as if I hadnt been doing that for hours. You have been less than helpful, I am still without a service and how you stay in business I don't know. All my requests are classed as Low priority. Although I am unable to use the service I have paid for. I can't even get my money back as you refuse to accept the name and password you have given me. I am going to attempt once again to see if your willing to help.
