2. multiply payment methods such as paymentwall

   dear purevpn

   the last time i subscribed was 2020. where purevpn still provides payment options using paymentwall.

   I really hope purevpn provides payment via paymentwall like before. This is very important considering that not all users have credit cards (such as students, or freelancers) which are difficult to get bank approval for credit card applications.

   I understand that paymentwall has no refund option. but let your users decide which payment method they want. you just give a warning that paymentwall does not have a refund option. and we as buyers who decide to use that payment method.

   Other brand vpn have progressed very rapidly, they support payment options via paymentwall and dozens of other payment menus.

   I hope this post gets lots of likes/votes so that PureVPN can immediately realize my suggestions.

4. Default Launch to Dedicated IP

   I use the dedicated IP address to access my servers and systems remotely. I have that IP white listed on a ton of machines. Its really the only reason I use PureVPN.

   I would prefer the client to launch and load to my dedicated IP address. Now it tries to run the fastest connection (I appreciate why that is the case) so I ahve to stop that connection and use the GUI to select my dedicated IP address and restart the process.

   Its not that big a deal, but it would be nice to allow the app to let you select a "default" VPN profile so I cna just always launch to my dedicated IP.

   We need to be able to verify websites from more countries (Israel, West Indies, China, Russia, etc). We don't need lots of bandwidth, but a presence in as many countries as possible is essential!

7. WireGuard for Split Tunneling

   WireGuard provides a very stable and fast connection. My problem is that WireGuard completely isolates the computer running the PureVPN app from the rest of my network. Split Tunneling allows the computer to be seen by the rest of my network, but only works with the other protocols. Those protocols are highly unstable for me, constantly dropping the connection or outright refusing to make an initial connection. When the connection is restored, it takes me to the exact same Chicago server every single time. This Chicago server is the only one It allows a stable connection to (interestingly, I have one computer running version 7 and it connects to any server I ask it too and remains 99% stable).

   Please consider making the WireGuard protocol available with Split Tunneling. It seems as though that Would give me a fast, stable connection without isolating the device from my network.

12. refuse purevpn add an add-ons purchase feature in the app.

    few days ago, I got an email from purevpn. purevpn plans to update the app by adding an addons purchase feature to the app.

    I don't agree with that idea. because the account I have I share with 5 of my other friends. I'm afraid that my other friends are trying to mischief by adding addons without my knowledge. this is certainly risky because it will be billed on a credit card without my knowledge. if it happens. it's certainly very detrimental.

    I hope purevpn cancels the plan and continues to apply add-ons purchases can only be made in the member area menu as before.

    Windows 10 Virus & Threat protection is reporting the message "Misleading:Win32/Lodi virus on Purevpn.exe under Category "Potentially unwanted software". 17. Software Update suggestion - don't trash personal setup information with software update

    I updated PureVPN to the most recent update. I found the same deficiencies I experienced in the last update. I didn’t complain that time, thinking that the problems would be addressed in the next update, but I was wrong. Here is my list that covers the problems I can remember as I worked to bring my system back to the previous functionality I had before performing the update.
    PureVPN update observations – missing functionality after the transition:
    1. The Split Tunnelling apps set up over time disappeared. I needed to remember which applications I had previously selected, and then locate the executables for those programs and add them to the Split Tunnelling control.
    2. Auto-connect at boot status was lost, needing to be reset.
    3. Specified preferred location is lost, needing to be remembered, located, and selected.
    4. Network connection “PPP adapter PureVPN” was lost so torrent client stopped working. I think the process I used to fix it was to turn off the automatic protocol selection, selecting the IKEv2 protocol.
    For any future updates, the customer-selected options must be preserved during an update!

19. Mac: the app blocks 127.0.0.1

    connecting to IKEv2 with manual configuration on mac works fine
    connecting to IKEv2 with purevpn mac app blocks the 127.0.0.1 which is local ip address

    It makes developers and pro users unable to work on projects and apps like MAMP or Docker

20. desperately in need for a black and white icon.

    I would LOVE to change the color of the PureVPN Icon on the menu bar on my mac.
    Having only monochrome icons in the menu bar but the Pure VPN is kind of stressful for a visual person like me.
    Please consider an option for monochrome settings.
