Improved split tunneling functionality
I come from China
Although purevpn has the function of tunnel splitting. But even if the tunnel is split, the delay in accessing domestic websites will increase a lot. For example, Baidu opens slowly and so on.

Ability to select city locations for dedicated IP servers
The distance between a client's device and the VPN host location is crucial for a fast data speed performance. Currently, when a customer orders a dedicated VPN with port forwarding service, after selecting their home country, they cannot further select the city locations within their country (& thus are randomly assigned). While this is not a major issue for smaller countries, for BIG countries like Canada, USA & Australia which can have cities more than 3000 km apart, the ability for a customer to nominate a location for their dedicated VPN server is very IMPORTANT for an optimal data speed…

Provide the means to reset your dedicated IP.
Mine is constantly getting stuck - despite me only using it from one device. I am constantly contacting customer services asking them to reset it. Typically this takes 1-2 hours to resolve, it's fine for a day or so and then gets stuck again.

Reset/restart dedicted server
I face connection issue to my dedicated server many times a day.
The only reason behind this is my server faces some session stuck error.
Please provide some mechanism to reset/restart dedicated server in such case.
This can be a button in desktop app/web app or some command. But it is really very necessary.

Add L2TP support in routers and maintenance to PPTP servers (they don't work properly, almost zero connection speed).

Please find a way around vpn detection for netflix. Its basically useless for streaming now and thats a critical function.
