  3. Visible ISP IP address and PureVPN IP address plus - notification...

    Two suggestions for your Windows 10 64 bit app.

    Allow users to see their ISP address and their PureVPN address. This is missing from the app. Version 6.2.4.0 but you had it in previous versions of the app.

    And if the PureVPN connection is lost, we should have the option to hear an audio notification as well as a LARGE banner that remains until the user dismisses it.
    That way if we are not in front of the computer we will at least still hear the disconnection notification. Thanks

  4. Please, PLEASE allow us to turn off ALL bloody prompts, both 'you are connected' / 'disconnected, and primarily the 'new update' prompt.

    Allow us to turn OFF the bloody prompts, especially the 'New Update' While I am watching a movie, the frigg'n thing pops up right OVER the bloody movie every 5 minutes! Come on guys... Really?

    Hi.

    Please include city in the linux app so we can use it through terminal for ex: purevpn -c "US-New York" or purevpn -c ussf.pointtoserver.com because is much easy.

  7. If PureVPN disconnects; terminate any split tunneling program.

    Disconnect closes any programs open in Split Tunneling. User will need to relaunch on connect.

  10. About Ticket Issue

    I have been noticing it from the beginning. When a problem rising for expert then support team creating a ticket and sending day after day this problem solved email. It's very very annoying. We are facing problem and in the other hand, they are sending successful mail. So, i would like to request to create a dashboard option for all customer where they can see their activities about problems and update. So, any support team can see the last update even customer can see the progress. Otherwise, it's too much time killing.

    Our openvpn ports are very few (TCP80 & UDP53). User can choice any poor ports.So I suggest our openvpn adding by many ports .Thanks.

  17. Improve US Netflix access outside of the US using VPN by enabling Casting from a smartphone to a TV or from a Windows laptop via HDMI cable

    US Netflix access is easy suing the PureVPN app on a Windows computer. However that is not where TV is watched. The setup of a supported router is tricky for many I think but doable. However, a workaround would be to enable Casting from a Smartphone with the PureVPN app running (and connected to the Netflix US channel). And enabling the use of a Window laptop with the PureVPN app running (as for a PC) but with the image and sound sent from the laptop to the TV via HDMI cable.
