About Ticket Issue
I have been noticing it from the beginning. When a problem rising for expert then support team creating a ticket and sending day after day this problem solved email. It's very very annoying. We are facing problem and in the other hand, they are sending successful mail. So, i would like to request to create a dashboard option for all customer where they can see their activities about problems and update. So, any support team can see the last update even customer can see the progress. Otherwise, it's too much time killing.
