Let us choose where in the US we connect
Streaming sites for live TV have different times for different states, or throw a fit if your current location changes, so let us choose a specific city in the US.

you need to make it not automatically connect at startup. there are times when I want not to use the app.
a manual connect option so that the app doesn't start connecting at startup
1 voteHi David,
You can already do that. Just go to Settings > App Settings and then uncheck the ‘Launch on system start up’ option :)
Let me know if you need further help.

Reliable (non random) network adapter addresses on osx
when connecting PureVPN on OSX High Sierra utun1 is currently ipv4 and utun0 is currently ipv6, however, other times the virtual network adapters change to different names eg utun1 and utun2 and sometimes ipv6/4 change, more stability here would be good so i don't have to adjust application connection options when the connection changes (i bind apps to network adapters to ensure they only use the vpn)

We will suggest you to disable the IPv6 for better results.
Please have a look on how to do that : https://support.purevpn.com/how-to-disable-ipv6-on-mac

Bachelor and Bachelorette Australia on TenPlay site
We have historically been able to get the Bachelor and Bachelorette in Australia but it's becoming more and more challenging. Is there a way you can add the TENPLAY website to your list of sites we can use on Chrome? For example, try going to https://tenplay.com.au/channel-ten/the-bachelorette/season-4/episode-2 and see if you can watch. We sign in and everything but tonight no go. We even used PureVPN for the Mac and the PrueVPN add-on for Chrome which often does the job but not this time. Please let us know. Thanks!

Credentials save option even after logging out from the PureVPN application
It would be nice if there is a way to save the PureVPN username & password even after logging out. So that we do not have to re-enter it every time a customer logs in.

Add more Protocols and Encryption Selection
The PureVPN Mac app only currently has the PPTP and L2TP protocols, and requires the usage of a 3rd party app (Tunnelblick, Viscocity in the Support page) to use OpenVPN which isn't very intuitive with going through servers being quite a pain.
The AUTO option in the Windows app, which is useful when choosing the fastest protocol is not in the Mac app.
Also the PureVPN app on the Mac does not include any "Encryption" selection where you can select from no encryption, 128-bit, to 256-bit.
I honestly feel like the Mac version of the PureVPN is quite lacking.
9 votesHi,
Thanks for your suggestions. As you know we recently launched our new Mac software and we have been getting very good feedback, having said that we are also aware that we can still add more options in it are we are working on it and you will see by the time we will keep making it better.
Your suggestions are valuable to us and we will try to accommodate them, more ideas from your side would be highly appreciated. -

Typo in the PureVPN update status notification (Bug report)
The notification of the update status of PureVON (displayed when launching) has a typo (and has for YEARS)...
Currently it displays 'PureVPN is upto date.'
It should be 'PureVPN is up to date.'
