well attempt live chat because system keeps dropping out want to change to auto dial if it does but can't & can't seem to access Chat direct either

Hi I think My subscribtion is on a Laptop I wish to use just for Personal business. This toshiba.
I have a Samsung Laptop I wish to use my VPN on more or maybe both , depending on US $ as our money even though Our Country is in the black, so fucking what .it makes no difference lol. We are so highly taxed. Our Money
is worth shit. lol, please do not take offence Aussie Humor is dry and sarcastic at best, but , no apologies from Me ok . lol.
I just have to buy a Charger for the Samsung as it is dead, and need this VPN to be transferred to my Samsung Laptop not this Toshiba once I have purchased Charge tomorrow.
I have been hacked and scammed and not just once am so over it.
I really want different IP address, encoding, unblocking websites , general Freedom on the net without having to worry .about being wired a different way to others, cover both my Laptops , Tablet and phone? Oh yeah,
So can I move this VPN to my Samsung in a few days ? How much for both ,? How much for all ? just secure my ass please, Thanks Alyssa have a great Day Mate. :) -

Can't run the latest pure vpn client on my macbook for some reason. I have clicked the remember me box yet every time I awake the laptop from sleep or restart I have to re-input my password which is a nuisance.
Don't remember what package I got. Prepaid 2-years.

Have now downloaded and attempted to install multiple times.
Does not ask me to provide Mac username and password
under Settings both "Start up" and "launch automatically" greyed out and inactive as is Connection box. Have had many chats with staff but no solution forthcoming. Am running OS 10.9.5 on Mac book Pro -

When logged in via pure Vpn I get blocked as being suspicious because the foreign IP.
Today I was stopped by Linkden and it showed that the server was in Houston Texas.
I have my vpn locked in to find Australia's fastest server every time.
Clearly I'm not getting Australia servers because the suspicioun thing is increasing.
Why can't I get on Australian servers?
