I have a macbook pro a1278 and had to put an older version of purevpn on it to work because the new one wouldn
t. even though I have remember me checked I have to put in my password all he time because it shuts off and forgets me.ALSO, on my iphone, it shuts off all the time and I have to restart it every time I browse. having to do this is big inconvenience, especially for my wife who is not tech saavy.

Can't run the latest pure vpn client on my macbook for some reason. I have clicked the remember me box yet every time I awake the laptop from sleep or restart I have to re-input my password which is a nuisance.
Don't remember what package I got. Prepaid 2-years.
On my laptop I am unable to install the latest version of PureVPN. Also, on same laptop, even though I have REMEMBER ME box checked it asks for my password every time I restart or log in.
On my iPhone a PLEASE REVIEW window sometimes pops up but when I try and give feedback, clicking in the box will not bring up my keyboard so I cannot leave feedback from my phone.
You should set default setting for iPhone and laptop to automatically log in all the time. That's wht I bought this.
Make people disconnect when they don't want VPN active.
