An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Talit Paul commentedI have tried using my current pure vpn on my other computer. I have downloaded the programme, I have everything, but each time I try to connect, I get the message "change netwrok settings", yet the network is the same network as my other computer,and I have no problems to connect.
I have changed protocol as suggested, and I have ensured all my passwords and Urls are correct exactly the same as my other computer, but still do not connect.Please advise.Also I have waited one hour on support website for soemone to talk with me, and no one as shown up.
For your information, I'm using Windows 8 OS Regards
