    Have now downloaded and attempted to install multiple times.
    Does not ask me to provide Mac username and password
    under Settings both "Start up" and "launch automatically" greyed out and inactive as is Connection box. Have had many chats with staff but no solution forthcoming. Am running OS 10.9.5 on Mac book Pro
