Ur chat support is horrible...HORRIBLE.. They make u wait for more that 20 minutes and when they finally show up give u the customer lest than a minute to respond be for they leave.. the person literally took 30 seconds.. i hurried to repond once i realized they were ready to chat and by then it was too late.. this has happened twice before.. THESE TYPES OF PRACTICES ARE BUISNESS ENDING!!!
THE PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED.. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED EVERYONE SHOULD BE YELLED AT AND.. Thats enough for now.. but really guys WTF.. everything else seems good but.. customer service is like 60% of what matters.. really mad.. really disappointed and really mad again.... btw not sure what Package I have -

Key icon does not show it is active, so how do I know it is doing anything?
2: what do you do when ports are not open on provider eg 1701 etc

Hello,
I bought the Trial to test your service, but I'm not happy with it.
I want to use VNP to be able using gumtree australia. But if I
connetc to the australian server, nothing works on gumtree.
I cant use the location button! But the important thing, I also
cant see the mobile number of the add!
Do you have any ideas what I could do?
If not, i would appriciate to get my money back.

Had an issue where the VPN disconnected and I didn't realise and continueed using a gambling site when abroad, they needed an explanation why I was abroad etc... Is there a way to stop internet communications if the VPN disconnects, or at least have a popup that tells you when this happens?

Hello the service seems to be interrupted again. For long periods I cannot get you tube the input out put signals are on 0.

not sure what things are like from your end but tonight I have been unable to get you tube or BBC news. Even when the first page comes up which takes for ever and if I am luckly I cannot go any further .
It just says page unavailable or the music on You tube does nor play apart from a few seconds every five to ten minutes. -
