    my vpn has stopped working it says it cannot download the phone book file I cannot get live chat to work either

    I have had alot of problems with my vpn and you finally helped me sort these out. The may have been because I was outside China that the vpn worked. Now I have returned to China today and I cannot even switch the vpn on I click connect and nothingh happens, I tried to contact you through live chat and it just says you cannot be connected. Plese what is happening?

    Hello the service seems to be interrupted again. For long periods I cannot get you tube the input out put signals are on 0.
    Not sure what is happening. sometimes it works well.

    not sure what things are like from your end but tonight I have been unable to get you tube or BBC news. Even when the first page comes up which takes for ever and if I am luckly I cannot go any further .
    It just says page unavailable or the music on You tube does nor play apart from a few seconds every five to ten minutes.

    I bought your npv for China biut after only four days iit keeps getting turned off which makes watching or doing anything on the internet impossible
