    I had two separate problems yesterday...
    My isp had blocked my office ip address so i could not access any email.
    Your email support requres token value VIA EMAIL ......:-(
    also token email did not get copied to MYEMAILS area.
    (ask helpdesk mckenzie for more info if needed)

    Second my toshiba laptophas 1366 x 768.
    Your new FIXED SIZE panel IS NOT RESIZABLE,
    and as i could not access the title bar
    I COULD NOT USE PUREVPN AT ALL :-(

    please fix this asap !!!!!!

    Desperately slow tonight.
    Tried several servers in different countries, either could not log on or pages took long to load.
    Needed to access booking.com - hopeless.
    Took vpn off, booking.com loaded in 4 seconds.
    Time from 2200-0245 California/West coast.
    Something has happend to your network recently.

    C8rrently travelling round central america with macbook, mavericks.

    Very fed up with

    a: dropouts - happens frequently

    b: no warning that your connection is now insecure

    c: no automatic reconnection

    See earlier email re icons etc as well

    Please allow cut and paste into password field so I can use textepander , and/or kewybaord maestro and / or 1password
    to fill password field.

    1: Cannot see traffic on menu bar using L2TP

    Key icon does not show it is active, so how do I know it is doing anything?

    2: what do you do when ports are not open on provider eg 1701 etc

    I am trying this in a hotel tonight. and am blocked by their security. What ports in and out and protocol should be open?

    It would appear that after a period of inactivity, there is a timeout and purevpn drops the connection.

    If you come back after a getting a coffee or a meeting, you assume the vpn is still there.

    There is no warning message that VPN has timed out and the icon doesn't change !!

    1: I do not see why the feedback form fields eg email are not sticky or preloaded from account.

    2: My biggest complaint is that on MacOS the toolbar icons do not show clearly both my colour, lighter grey and big X strikeout that the purevpn service is NOT running. This applies to both the p and the traffic icon.

    Not sure which package I am on.

    Would like the ability to specify a group of servers eg euro1 which had london, maidenhead, amsterdam etc or USA1 miami.... etc

    And for the server to be selected at random from my predefined group. Possibly offering an option to switch server within group every say 60 mins?
