Hi there PureVPN,

I sent an email last Monday hoping that someone would be able to help me configure PureVPN for my Torrent software Azureus.

As of today I have had no reply or acknowledgement that anyone even received my mail, so I though I might try this avenue to see if someone can give me some advice on how I might proceed. I've googled and checked the Azureus help and they way I ned to enter server addresses within that application, but know not what they would be.

I know Azureus isn't your software, but surely I can't be the only person to have asked this question and has hoping you might have a quick guide on what I should do? If not, can you recommend some PeertoPeer Torrent software that will work "out of the box" with PureVPN?

By the way, your software works beautifully for online streaming of Netflix and Hulu from the US and other overseas sites which are usuallu geo-blocked for Aussies. I also think it has an intuitive look and feel so I'm really hoping someone can help me make it work with my torrent program as that was my primary reason for paying for the software!

Can someone get back to me as I've paid $49 US for this and don't want to have wasted my money.

Hi.

I have been using purevpn in China now for about three months, but recently it has either been unable to connect or, when connected, has actually blocked access to the internet (i.e, I need to disconnect to access many web pages). I spoke to an advisor via the webchat option who told me uninstall the vpn and reinstall, which I have done, but the log in details now won't work and it is telling me the username / password combination is incorrect. Can this be resolved? I reply on the VPN here for work and I am currently unable to access most of the internet I need.

i am unable to access the servers with this computer.I receive message 868 error
for evry attempt to log on.
I have manually tried, reloaded the software ( i am in China) and at every option i can not access the server.

My notebook is fine.no issues on wifi access.
Could it be that the desktop is missing files or can you suggest what to do next

It doesn't work and the technical assistance is poor and not 24/7 as stated by the web site!!!

My connection has repeatedly dropped over the span of time I have been using this software. It has again disscinnected and wiped out my ID & password. I reset the password but all I get is Authentication failed or connecting to...but no connection is made. What gives? Pleaes respond as I'm at the point of stopping my monthly payments and advising other people I know who are having the same problems.

Hulu does not work. Every time I try to use it it just says that i can not use an anonymous proxy tool.

I am connecting through a server in Tallinn, Estonia. It seems that Purevpn thinks Estonia is either part of Russia or Russian-speaking as when I do searches, some things come up in Russian. Estonia is an independent country whose language is Estonian (a language related to Finnish, not Russian).

After having decided to purchase your product after the trial period,I eneterd my sign up and payment information. However, my internet connection failed immediatly afterwar so I do not know whether the sign up was successful or not. So far I have been unable to get purevpn to make a connection. Do I need to go through the sign up proceedure again?

I signed up on 31st August 2014 but realised that pure was not suitable for my needs so cancelled the same day,i was under the impression that I would get my money refunded within 30 days,I have tried to get on the refund link but unable to do so how do I go about this thanks

I have a question, everytime i try to connect there will be a window pop up asking me for username and password. Can I do some settings and skip this step? Because the username and password assigned to me is quite long. I am using Mac. Everytime i want to connect to VPN I need to refer back to my email.

For my iPhone, it will connect directly by turning on the VPN switch but not for my mac.

It really should be much easier (as in almost effortless) to find out the version
of the installed PureVPN from the dashboard. I'm still looking for mine...
