I am located in Beijing, and rely quite heavily on your VPN service to access viable internet for my work. However, for the past week, Pure has either failed to establish a connection or has connected, and then slowed the internet down so much as to be virtually unusable.
I have just been chatting to one of your employees, who (until the VPN chat window failed and cut us off), told me that Pure were aware of the issue and were working to resolve it. He couldnt, however, tell me how long he expected this issue to persist, despite my asking him several times.
He also couldn't tell me whether there would be any financial / membership compensation forthcoming for my currently paying for a service that didn't work.
I think it's really important for you to realise, as a VPN provider, that without a working VPN in China, it is virtually impossible to access viable, working, oreven vaguely useful, internet and that the current problem is impacting my worklife here quite dramatically.
So, in short, Id like to know how long the resolution of this issue is expected to take, and what compensation is being offered to those of us who this has, for far too long, affected.
I'd also like a really swift response.
Beyond this current issue, I'd like it known that PureVPN in China is regularly problematic, (cutting out every few minutes as a default), and that this current problem only serves to compound the issue and push me closer to requesting a full refund.I really look forward to your response.
If for any reason this VPN prevents me from even sending this email, I may well jump out of the nearest window. Many Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment chris warren commentedHi.
I have been using purevpn in China now for about three months, but recently it has either been unable to connect or, when connected, has actually blocked access to the internet (i.e, I need to disconnect to access many web pages). I spoke to an advisor via the webchat option who told me uninstall the vpn and reinstall, which I have done, but the log in details now won't work and it is telling me the username / password combination is incorrect. Can this be resolved? I reply on the VPN here for work and I am currently unable to access most of the internet I need.
Regards

Hi
I emailed recently about being unable to connect via my VPN in China and was sent a list of possible solutions, all of which require a working VPN to access. Do you have another solution? My VPN no longer works at all.
A swift response please
