My connection has repeatedly dropped over the span of time I have been using this software. It has again disscinnected and wiped out my ID & password. I reset the password but all I get is Authentication failed or connecting to...but no connection is made. What gives? Pleaes respond as I'm at the point of stopping my monthly payments and advising other people I know who are having the same problems.
