The only protocol I can use is L2TP - I have tried to find out how to enable the other protocols but I can't find any coherent instructions any where on your site. A proper help system is badly needed

I can't connect to ITV.com when connected through your VPN service. When I connect natively without the VPN - I access the page fine. i have tried multiple times this evening without success.

Hi guys, I'm living in the UK and honnestly just 2 networks for France are not enough, would you be able to add more because during peak time my connection is very slow for streaming.

My PureVPN client does not work any longer since I upgraded to MacOSX 10.10 Yosemite. Reason: Authentication failure. I checked my account. Password was working fine. Subscription paid through the end of the year. Can you please tell me what I have to do so my PureVPN client will work again.

Having just re newed my subscription, I am in Mexico and connected to vpn for uk to watch itv player and
i says 'not available in my region' ???? To me, this means my vpn is not working correctly? Please look into it, thank you -

We are unable to watch Netflix any more through purevpn. We have been able to until just recently. We have been using US via asia to do so, but now it won't work. We have tried other routers, but still nothing. Netflex give us the error message that that country is not supported yet. Any suggestions?
