    Pure customer service sucks.....just a little effort on the part of your reps would mean a great deal to older people, especially infirm people.
    Pure will be replaced by another provider who gets it.

    i am a usa citizen working in france and your proxy service is not working and your support leaves a lot to be desired

    I use a macbook and a PC......when I connect with purevpn.....the pc slows down......way down.....it takes minutes to open a window........help
