I have encountered a number of problem with website blocking access when I am log onto this service.
Looks like Pure VPN IP addresses are being used for illegal activity.
What security means do you have in place to ensure the service is not used for illegal activities.

Why is the connection so freaking slow? This is not what I paid for, it is worst that the ole school dialup!

Why is the system using the same IP address? Why is the system using an IP address near my phsyical location? That defeats the purpose of using this service?
The IP address should be random, that is how all other companies assign IP addresses.
How do I turn off the survey that appears now when I disconnect from the system? Who ego came up with that? It is irriating to say the least!
