Dear Sir or Madam
My PureVPN client does not work any longer since I upgraded to MacOSX 10.10 Yosemite. Reason: Authentication failure. I checked my account. Password was working fine. Subscription paid through the end of the year. Can you please tell me what I have to do so my PureVPN client will work again.
