What has happened to your bandwidth to/fm UK? For weeks, I'm getting <2MB/sec download
and mostly < 1MB/sec upload.

Can't stream on iPlaye3r and downloading 1GB file (60 min HD) is taking 45 to 90 mins.

What has changed?

why is it such a slow connection? I can't even go on a normal website when I'm connected via PureVPN. I signed up for it to watch Swedish TV in Switzerland but that def doesn't work well.

On my Mac, PureVPN silently disconnects regularly.
It should then disconnect from the Internet immediatley, like in the Wintel version, otherwise there is not much point.

I have a complication of issues that I would like to ask for your help to clear up. I will only require VPN for one more month, so I changed my plabn from a 3-month plan to a 1-month plan. This was a perfect time to do it, as my payment cycle ended on December anyway. Now there is some confusion, as I have a 1-month subscription that I paid for, but the system mistakenly thinks the payment is for the next 3-month plan. I can't seem to cancel the 3-month plan, and the system now shows my $10 payment going towards my 3-month plan, and not the 1-month plan. Ok, to simplify, here is my request:

- please cancel the 3-month plan. the plan ended on Dec 31 2014 and was paid up to that point (I have no outstanding balance)
- please activate my 1-month plan, ending on January 31, 2014
- please transfer the $10 balance from the 3-month plan to the 1-month plan.

Hello, your competitors have a quick connect feature by right clicking on the taskbar icon. All servers are shown there for easier and quicker server switchin. Would be great if you add same feature with upcomming versions of the client. You might not be able to add all of your servers since they are A LOT :) but at least the "most used" or "the favourites".
I'm sure many will like this feature including me.

Not sure why but I am on the dns pick of fastest us server and it is sending me to the netherlands based google search engine. This isnt the first time it has happened. I frequently get bounced to the Malyasia and Hong Kong based google browsers. Furthermore there are some times where i connect to the Netflix dedicaed servers and they are slower then the Fastest US Server DNS option. Speeds on the same server also can vary drastically between connection attempts. Is there a way to improve my connection to the VPN severs or do I just have to deal with these wierd bounces and inconsistant performances? Now I know most of what I have said may seem like complaints and to be fair they are but these are not normally how the VPN acts. It just sometimes seems to get into these funks where I have no idea what is going on and in a few days work themselves out. I am just hoping that there is something I can do to make the connections and qualities more consistant as this is the best VPN product I have used to date.

2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.

I'm currently living in China and I am having big difficulties connecting with the VPN. I've tried different servers and the problem still remains. Also, when I do connect, the connection is not stable, so when I am downloading a big file by using wetransfer, I have to start all over again.

I have tried activating PureVPN automatically for Win7 Desktop -- doing so renders
web browsing almost unusable (I've tried Firefox, Chrome, IE latest, so it's not the
specific browser). Major sites like Amazon have issues (the pages just sit there, they
NEVER load into browser). Search sites also almost unusable (links never load).
Seems this software might be useful only in very specific targetted fashion (and if
you're not using a web-browser to do the actual interaction). Renders my subscription
basically useless for day-to-day privacy.
