    What has happened to your bandwidth to/fm UK? For weeks, I'm getting <2MB/sec download
    and mostly < 1MB/sec upload.

    Can't stream on iPlaye3r and downloading 1GB file (60 min HD) is taking 45 to 90 mins.

    What has changed?
