Hello,
I have a complication of issues that I would like to ask for your help to clear up. I will only require VPN for one more month, so I changed my plabn from a 3-month plan to a 1-month plan. This was a perfect time to do it, as my payment cycle ended on December anyway. Now there is some confusion, as I have a 1-month subscription that I paid for, but the system mistakenly thinks the payment is for the next 3-month plan. I can't seem to cancel the 3-month plan, and the system now shows my $10 payment going towards my 3-month plan, and not the 1-month plan. Ok, to simplify, here is my request:
- please cancel the 3-month plan. the plan ended on Dec 31 2014 and was paid up to that point (I have no outstanding balance)
- please activate my 1-month plan, ending on January 31, 2014
- please transfer the $10 balance from the 3-month plan to the 1-month plan.
