    This service is useless to me with the download speeds you are able to provide. I have tried for 3 weeks to improve it. Look back thru my contacts with tech support for proof that I tried. I would like a refund.

    I have set up pptp thru my router but it was too slow so I tried openvpn and that didnt work very well either. So I figured I would try your download programs since I figured thats what most people would use purevpn for so it must be optimized for speed. When using L2TP and PPTP choosing fastest in the US pureVPN dropped download speeds from 95 Mbps to 8 Mbps. I can't stream shows with those speeds and that was the entire reason I bought your lousy service in the first place. I suggest you upgrade your servers or virtual servers in korea as this is a technically advanced country with fast internet so the terrible download speeds you're providing are very noticeable.

    The worst VPN I have used yet by far.

    This honestly has to be a joke. Using this on a Mac OS system, I click connect and have to continually retype my password. My husband has continually opened tickets with you on the failure of your service only for your team to have no clue how to fix them and close his tickets.

    Not only this, but today I've been trying to connect and I've typed in the password as usual. Pure VPN has REPEATEDLY failed to connect to the server. When I click connect, the client box disappears to the background and does not connect.

    I'm going back to Tunnel Bear.

    I'm sorry if this is answered on the website. I tried to look through the forum
    pages but couldn't find it - so: How do I know my ISP cannot tell what type of
    activity I'm engaging in online. ie - does VPN even do that? Say for example, I'm
    streaming video online from the UK; does VPN prevent my ISP from knowing
    that I'm doing that, even if they don't know where the site I'm visiting is located
    (which is what I assume is happening now!)

    If I'm unclear in my question, please have me try to re-phrase it. Thanks for your
    service. I'm very happy with the speed and privacy you provide to me!!

    I was trying to pay for the Vpn one year and it keep saying my webmoney login is not correct whereas it is..Don't know what to do..Please advise.

    Dear experts,
    First ,thank for your hard work and good product. Currently your purevpn China version failed to add some servers in its drop-down list including the country Austria(also other servers) which makes the search of some of the fastest servers via http://www.purevpn.com/speed-test impossible for users.
    So could you please timely tupdate your Purevpn China version drop-down list to facilitate the server search for the customers?
    The customers would appreciate it if you could timely updater your purevpn when you feel free.

    I am a subscriber who lives in Nicaragua.
    I used to be able to watch programs at abc.com, however in the last month
    I get the following error: "Error: geolocation criteria unmet"
    Is there a way to configure your product to avoid this error?

    @ Stuart Walsh - Please let us know have you whitelisted your ISP IP and change DNS settings. Also please share with us on which device you are configuring SmartDNS.
