I have set up pptp thru my router but it was too slow so I tried openvpn and that didnt work very well either. So I figured I would try your download programs since I figured thats what most people would use purevpn for so it must be optimized for speed. When using L2TP and PPTP choosing fastest in the US pureVPN dropped download speeds from 95 Mbps to 8 Mbps. I can't stream shows with those speeds and that was the entire reason I bought your lousy service in the first place. I suggest you upgrade your servers or virtual servers in korea as this is a technically advanced country with fast internet so the terrible download speeds you're providing are very noticeable.
This service is useless to me with the download speeds you are able to provide. I have tried for 3 weeks to improve it. Look back thru my contacts with tech support for proof that I tried. I would like a refund.
