how to register to your vpn?

I am coming for another company to try your company, and the experience is not being good, rarely I can get stability and good speed with your VPN, if this continue like this after the year I won't renew the subscription, I know China is difficult to get good connection, but my friend in the same appartment, same connection and different company for VPN is getting better results, I hope someone can read this and propose something to improve in the company, the app for mac looks from 10 years ago I don't know who programmed that but I would be the owner of PureVpn I would change it immediatly, I am spending this time in write down this because I am still client but I shouldn't do this for free... Is it possible to have remote desktop through the Split Tunneling? This way my current public ip address stays the same and I can log onto my computer but the other items I might be doing online is going through your VPN system.

please build an integrated torrenting application that will ONLY work when connected to pure vpn. Utorrent randomly starting when i'm not connected obviously defeats the purpose of me using a VPN

Hi, I am using PureVPN also on my work laptop and allow PureVPN to remember my credentials. I have noticed that when a colleague opens his user account on this laptop, he can use my PureVPN as my credentials are memorised between laptop user accounts. Shouldn't you limit the memorization of my PureVPN credentials only within one laptop user account?

Good morning. I have been using your service and at times I've had problems arise and have sought PureVPN's assistance. I still need that assistance but I've been quite reluctant to seek it since I feel that I'm annoying some of the same people that's there to assist me and get me up and running without my complete reliance on the "Help"! Now this isn't really doing me any good because I'm not getting this (PureVPN) service for "Free" - I'm paying for it! I'm very tech savy however I do realize that I can still learn & that's where I need the assistance (to learn the program that I'm paying for) so that I won't keep contacting PureVPN for their help! Some of the suggestions that I received to get certain things running is just not working & that's where I get the frustration from the person assisting me because their reccomendation isn't working! I have mentioned PureVPN to quite a few people & feel that with the correct assistance to solve my situations - then I can happily reccomend it to others. Thank you.

The pureVPN doesn't work well here in Shenzhen-China.

I am having trouble launching Utorrent from split tunnelling. I always get 'another utorrent is running in the background' error. Upon checking i find only one utorrent in task manager and i end that task. Try to relaunch via PureVPN and get the same error. It works good when not using split tunnelling I also find that every now and then Purevpn will disconnect and the internet is notkilled even though it is ticked to be working. I am running Windows 8.1.

why is there a 30 second period before reconnecting after a disconnection?
can i just make it redial immediately after the disconnection?

Your VPN works great when my internet is up to speed . It is very inconsistent here, so someimes the VPN won't connect.
