    hello again,

    i am using purevpn in china. the purevpn are always broken, and do not reconnect
    until 30 seconds later. could you re-code this program to remove this 30-sec
    waiting period?

    and you probably should get the "automatic" option smarter, choosing each one
    from pptp through sstp individually, so that i don't need to try them one by one
    each time the connect lost.

    could you give me a reply on how soon would it be possible to solve these two issues?

    i use android 5 in china where i can't connect purevpn in these days any way, not
    through udp or tcp, through netherlands nor japan, south korea.
    it has been several days. could you show me a way out?

    i intall this app on android 5.1. when I input the username, it says "this is username is not allowed".

    hello, im using purevpn on windows 8.1.
    why is there a 30 second period before reconnecting after a disconnection?
    can i just make it redial immediately after the disconnection?

    the speed of loading a google searched page is usually below 100k, loading over a minute.
    using usa servers.

    the pc version of purevpn always unable to connect, usually disconnected regularly.
    the speed of most of the servers in usa, uk, singapore, hong kong, japan, south korea are too slow for a video watching.
