I use to live in China, the app for Mac os doesn't work so good, every time I want to connect I need to write down the password, the connection is not stable, L2TP protocol most of the time doesn't connect and with another services i had before was working good, I think the interface should change a little bit, it shakes oftenly... looks very regular service if I compare with another services I had before, I hope my words help the company and the service to work better, thank you!

I am coming for another company to try your company, and the experience is not being good, rarely I can get stability and good speed with your VPN, if this continue like this after the year I won't renew the subscription, I know China is difficult to get good connection, but my friend in the same appartment, same connection and different company for VPN is getting better results, I hope someone can read this and propose something to improve in the company, the app for mac looks from 10 years ago I don't know who programmed that but I would be the owner of PureVpn I would change it immediatly, I am spending this time in write down this because I am still client but I shouldn't do this for free...
