Usernames are generated by automated systems and can not be changed, even we can not chnage them manually.
We have plans to add an option for customized usernames in future, you will be updated onve we are about to initiate that.

Bring back IP and split tunneling IP display.
The main screen of the app used to show you the your new IP in the lower right corner, and it would also show your split tunneling IP as well when you activated split tunneling. Now it does not show anything since version 6.0.1. Please bring it back!

Double VPN and Triple VPN and DNS Protection
Okay so triple VPN is a bit much (still very cool), but double VPN would increase the security by masking the origin of the first connection via a purevpn server further. Also, we need to have DNS protection where our DNS is and IP of origin while using the DNS is secure. I read in the policy that you keep no IP logs, but while using your DNS, you do.

PureVPN needs to have an automatic website troubleshooter.
Okay, so I had an issue connecting to any website directly or through a search engine. It took me a long time troubleshooting all the reasons why the websites would not work. It wasn't until I switched from Security/Privacy to dedicate IP and the PureVPN customer service rep had me choose a few different servers. After trying many different servers, there was one that fixed my issue and allowed me to open websites again. Anyways, it would be nice to have an automatic server adjustment tool that can switch to a server that is compatible with that website.

Limit
The number of times you hear the sound on start is annoying. Please limit it to one sound in case setting up the connection succeeds and one if it fails.

customized mode
There should be a customized mode for user to pick different options such as protocol, encryption, etc. The current 5 modes are all pre-defined which may not cover certain purpose. Thanks.

Thanks for your suggestions. You can change protocols and other settings on every mode. From drop down menu, select “Settings” and make changes according to your requirement.

Duration counter resetting after 24 hours
I have noticed this every time the counter reaches 24 hours of connectivity, it resets to 00:00:00. It would be good for the counter not to reset to Zero and to continue its timer until disconnection occurs.

Add Secure WiFi for macOS and Windows client (do not activate VPN on trusted WiFi Networks).
This is a great option (PIA clients for macOS and Windows had this option) that permits avoid a VPN connection when your wifi is trusted (i.e. your home WiFi) Please your votes to be considered in a future version of our client.
