option to look at the history of your connections
I occasionally get messages from Google about blocked sign in attempts. It would be good see if the timing of said event occurred whilst I was connected via PureVPN.

In setting, or somewhere easy to find, add a link to customer account page.
Adding a link to our account page would allow us to see new features, additional tools such as vpn on the smartphones, account billing and expiration dates. Also available subscriptions and rates

Prevent other applications from incorrectly using the VPN connection when Split Tunneling
Often times when connected and using Split Tunneling, other applications will connect to the VPN connection as well. A partial workaround for this is to change the "Interface metric" for the VPN-related network adapters from "automatic" to a large number so that it has a worse ranking than the physical network adapters (ethernet, wifi, etc.). This doesn't always work though and has to be configured manually every time PureVPN updates. A proper solution for this would be very helpful.

Automatically send an e-mail notification/SMS when connection has been lost, or WAN IP address has changed.
I am using a third party application to notify me when my WAN IP address changes to track VPN disconnections. It would be great if the Pure VPN app could do this, and better still if it could send an SMS message.

Location can't be just "United Kingdom". It has opt be a specific city/town else BBC website etc will not recogise it.
Need to have a specific city, nit just a country

Just to get a quick view on PureVPN Status - SAFE (connected) or NOT-SAFE (Not connected): For SAFE status, I'd prefer to see a GREEN WINDO
When connected, I'd prefer to see a GREEN WINDOWS; In the opposite, when "NOT connceted" I'd prefer to see RED WONDOWS.

Connect Button
On the Dedicated IP screen, there is a label, a link to change protocol, and a field for the server address. But there is no "Connect" button. I have to click inside the server field and press Enter. Since it defaults to my last value, why not have a simple button to start the connection?

Split Tunneling Troubles With Playon
I think Split Tunneling is a little bassackwards. Seems to me it would be better to bypass what you don't want purevpn to use. PlayOn TV will not work with PureVPN. It would be better to have a list of software that would
bypass PureVPN then have to launch everything you want PureVPN to use. You can't even load Split Tunneling on windows bootup. kinda sucks the way it is.1 vote -

Removed the required option to change mode and give a more clean and easy to use UI.
Change the mode(Internet Freedom, Security and Privacy, Stream,...) as a sideline option for user. It's hard to navigate and always change mode when using the service. By placing it as optional, the main UI will just be a connect interface for people to access their favourites or closest/fastest server available. This makes it easier for users to use and not spend tons of time moving around and navigating in the app especially on the phone on the go!

I've had a problem with accessing contact information on various sites when connected to PureVPN. This includes craigslist, Marriott.
When trying to communicate with Craigslist, I get a 'something went wrong' on Purevpn, Marriott also gives an error message. I'm not certain if this is something you can fix or if this is a 'feature' of these websites.
