    I have been using pure VPN this year while living in China, and overall it has been a bad experience. I rarely have a reliable connection that will last for more than 10 minutes, and half the time it won't even connect. I commend the 24/7 support, and they have been prompt and helpful. However, the solutions they find are always only temporary. So I am quite frustrated. I will be coming back to live in China one more year, but I will definitely not be using pure VPN again. I use a Mac laptop and an iPhone. My friend also uses pure VPN but does not use Apple products, so I think I need to find a VPN that works well with my Apple products.

    For the last few days my connection has been so low that I cannot even pull up the Hulu page. My enternet has not changed and I do not understand why it has all of a sudden changed.

    Hi,

    I cant see my Billing report and history. I think I need to renew my subscription soon but have no way of seeing when without access to my billing page.
    I tried to send a message to support but that didnt work either.

    I have been in China trying to use PureVPN since last September and have always had a fight to connect and can never stay connected longer than a few minutes at a time. What can I do? This is completely unsatisfactory. I am using "fastest US server."

    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am a teacher in China and desperately need my VPN. For days now there has been firtually no VPN. Once in a while it pops on but rarely. I am in a fury. I will be changing companies as soon as I can.
